Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and through customer services processes. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, scan items and handle payments, while focusing on fast, friendly service and brand standards.

Responsibilities include supporting inventory accuracy, assisting in training new hires, and participating in daily service processes such as cash balancing and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

About The Role
