Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Teammate Endzone & Loyalty for our Public Lands store. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and help customers engage with loyalty and warranty programs to improve their shopping experience.

You will uphold safety standards, follow procedures, and support a welcoming, inclusive store environment while assisting teammates across tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Follow merchandising and presentation standards, signage, and stock levels.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty options, and private label enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, including applicable laws.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
