Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right gear and provide a friendly shopping experience. You will greet customers, share knowledge about products, and promote store programs while maintaining merchandise standards and an inclusive environment.

As part of our team, you’ll support the store with various tasks and strive to help every athlete achieve their dreams through exceptional service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Role Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience

• Perform other tasks as necessary, to support the team and the store when business needs arise
