Spirit Halloween is looking for team members in Clarksburg, Maryland, to support the setup and merchandising of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Management Team, maintaining guest services, and generating sales through various operational tasks.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to fulfill physical demands such as climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16.
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
