Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate in Round Rock, Texas. You will act as a brand ambassador, help customers, maintain store presentation, and assist leadership in delivering excellent shopping experiences.

The role offers a part-time schedule with flexible shifts, employee discounts, wellness time off, and access to employee assistance programs. Previous retail exposure is valued but not strictly required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a position or specialization.
• Experience operating POS systems and retail software tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stock room.
• Perform all required cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty) accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by handling product flow and processing incoming and outgoing stock.
