Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts.

You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, handle cash wrap, restocking, and shopkeeping, while supporting store leadership in a fast-paced holiday environment.

Flexibility with extended holiday hours and weekend/evening shifts is required, with a start date in late September 2026 and a potential path to permanent roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience and service standards.
• Assist with receiving shipments and preparing product for floor placement.
• Track in-transit shipment information for leadership.
• Perform customer customizations with hands-on training.
• Maintain organized stockroom and accessibility for staff.
• Assist in or lead restocks to maintain stock levels.
• Support loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers.
• Participate in staff education with product knowledge sharing.
• Assist in building facilities maintenance.
