Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to blend hospitality with selling, identifying customer needs and connecting them with the right products. You’ll contribute to memorable shopping experiences on the floor or in fitting rooms, delivering warmth, product knowledge, and personal service.

You’ll help keep the space clean and inviting, support merchandising and pricing updates, and drive loyalty program engagement.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
• Meet daily sales goals and deliver strong customer service
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information

Responsibilities
