Job summary

Ulta Beauty, the largest North American beauty retailer, is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help keep shelves stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in delivering excellent guest experiences.

This role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; you will use Ulta Beauty tech and POS systems, contribute to key metrics, and protect assets while upholding policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Complete shipment, replenishment processes, inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code.
• Keep the store and fixtures clean and well stocked; protect company assets.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
