Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, merchandise replenishment, and guest service in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork to maintain attractive, stocked sales floors.

Responsibilities include following procedures, meeting performance goals, and contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere. This position involves flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices) and able to work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and operations (shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, counts).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standards; keep areas replenished and clean.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service; perform other tasks as assigned.
