Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager and follow procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role emphasizes attendance, compliance, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule across mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Compensation is hourly with benefits described for full- and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
