Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are ready for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to boost sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standards.
• Perform merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and guest service.
