Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and merchandise available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipping processing.
• Drive operational excellence by replenishing, signing, and facing work areas and ensuring testers are available.
