Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence in-store. You’ll keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and support the Merchandise and Operations Managers by focusing on performance, people, and process.

Responsibilities include inventory, replenishment, displays, and following store procedures. The role requires flexibility across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for overtime according to law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Complete shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain attendance.
• Support teammates and guests; participate in ongoing training.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets.
• Perform other operational tasks as directed.
