Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Stroudsburg is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through tasks on a dashboard and procedures compliance.

Responsibilities include restocking, merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory counts, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty technology.

Qualifications

Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and inventory procedures.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Participate in ongoing brand and category training.
Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and dress code.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and shipments using Ulta Beauty tech.
Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished and faced.
Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
