Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help drive store operations, inventory accuracy, and guest satisfaction. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by following processes and meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities include merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and ensuring testers and stock are readily available.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, back room, and break area.
