Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support sales drivers through stock management, cleanliness, and process adherence across the store. You will help ensure products are available and visible while following the company’s procedures.

The role emphasizes attendance, teamwork, and flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, days, and weekends, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty's technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
