Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Charleston, WV is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help keep the store stocked, clean, and ready for guests. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by ensuring products are replenished, displays are set, and operational tasks are completed accurately.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support ongoing brand and category education to drive sales.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets via loss prevention best practices and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
