Sierra store in Coralville, USA, part of TJX Companies, is seeking team members to support customer service, merchandising, and store operations. You will ring sales, promote loyalty programs, maintain store standards, and assist with safety and recovery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to SOPs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
