Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate in Las Cruces, NM to help create a welcoming shopping experience. You will greet Guests, answer questions, and assist with transactions while upholding Buckle’s policies and ethics.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, merchandise displays, price changes, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Prior retail experience is not required, with training provided to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and be prepared to answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods based on store needs.
• Process Guest transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and respond according to policy.
• Assist in merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, pricing, and transfers.
