Job summary

JCPenney is seeking retail associates who educate customers on merchandise, assist shoppers to ensure an exceptional experience, and maintain appealing product displays. You will monitor stock and restock to keep styles and sizes readily available, helping guests find what they need with confidence.

In addition to a competitive wage, this position offers 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and a 10% commission for Service and Care plans.
