2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to visit 22–30 retail locations daily, educating merchants on client financial services and program benefits. You will manage in-store branding, materials, and daily route planning in your territory.

The role emphasizes independent field work, strong relationship building with merchants, and timely reporting of activity to Retail Operations. Training is provided, with a focus on performance and territory coverage.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.

You will educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, provide ongoing support, answer questions, maintain in-store materials, and document each visit while managing a daily route of approximately 22–30 locations.
