Disney Stores USA, LLC is hiring a Seasonal Cast Member in Pennsylvania. The role is part-time, non-exempt, and begins in late September through mid-January. Primary duties focus on delivering The Best Retail Experience in the World through guest engagement and magical service.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, processing transactions, stocking, and maintaining brand standards. Must be 18+, able to lift 45 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including overnights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Supports Disney Store mission and guest experience goals.
• Engages guests with open-ended questions to assess needs and suggest products.
• Maintains high energy, entertaining and magical guest experiences.
• Assists guests in finding solutions using available resources (including disneystore.com).
• Treats guests and Cast Members with respect and maintains a positive environment.
• Upholds Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visuals and housekeeping.
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties accurately and efficiently.
• Participates in shipping processing and replenishment of the sales floor.
• Follows policies and safety procedures.
• Promotes safe working and shopping environment.
• Retail/Service experience is a plus and valuable for guest engagement.
• Works as part of a team and welcomes feedback for improvement.
• Maintains professional appearance per Disney Store guidelines.
• Available for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and climb ladders when required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in specialty retail or service industry is preferred.
