Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering world class service.
• Greet customers warmly and understand needs by asking questions.
• Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to build sales using effective techniques.
• Process transactions at the POS and maintain merchandising standards.
• Stock shelves, recover the sales floor, and keep the store clean.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and apply them at checkout.
