Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for team members in Newark, Delaware to assist with the setup and teardown of seasonal stores, support guest services, and drive sales through diverse tasks such as merchandising and POS operations. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and capable of physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods. The position offers hourly compensation between $15.00 and $15.25, depending on qualifications and experience, along with several premium pay programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per company standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
