Job summary

Mark’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to engage customers, assist them in finding what they need, and rotate between frontline, cashier, and customer service roles. The position is dynamic and requires quick adaptability to store needs.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, helping the frontline and cashier teams, restocking, seasonal changes, inventory, pricing, and processing cash/credit transactions. High school students or in-school workers welcome.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll create great experiences by engaging with customers to offer assistance and ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. This is a highly dynamic position! You will rotate between the frontline, cashier, and our customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• You will help our frontline and cashier teams
• Participate in general store upkeep including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing
• Handle cash & credit transactions

Required Skills and Knowledge
