Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet them and assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle different payment methods.
• Accurately execute POS and customer service standards based on company guidelines, delivering courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes, POS procedures, and Kohl's standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
