Kohl’s is seeking a customer service associate to deliver friendly, efficient experiences at the point of sale. You will greet customers, process transactions, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle multiple payment methods while maintaining POS accuracy and brand standards.

The role emphasizes meeting goals, supporting inventory processes, and training new team members on service procedures and tools. Availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
