Five Below is seeking a customer-focused associate for our Tulsa store. You will greet customers, assess needs, and offer product recommendations while promoting events and promotions to drive sales.

You must be at least 16, comfortable with technology, and able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates. A flexible schedule, on-the-job training, and a positive attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Willing to learn technology such as cash registers and devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly on the sales floor.
• Assess customer needs and offer product recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding stock and customer feedback.
• Support team and company goals to achieve store objectives.
• Work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and travel if required.
