Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a clean, well-organized store environment at our West Des Moines location. You will ring purchases, support returns, and promote loyalty programs while following all policies and procedures.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ring purchases/returns accurately and count change back per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store safety, loss prevention, and recovery processes.
