Job summary

adidas is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate at Nebraska Crossing Outlets in Gretna, NE. The role requires a flexible part-time schedule with evenings and weekends, a minimum age of 16, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior retail experience is preferred, with emphasis on customer service and basic numeracy and literacy.

You will act as a Brand ambassador, support store operations, and assist customers with footwear fittings, including Brannock device usage when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or pursuing.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability must be flexible including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours, based on business needs.
• 3–6 months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide adidas Brand ambassador service on the sales floor.
• Support store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Utilize the Brannock device to assist with fitting shoes when applicable.
