Carter’s Careers in Greenville, SC is seeking a Seasonal Associate to welcome customers, help families select baby essentials, and support the store during peak times.

You will process transactions, stock shelves, and promote our loyalty program while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting. Availability on weekends and holidays is required; growth opportunities and training are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or demonstrated guest-facing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
