Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping a clean, organized store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Support store recovery and maintain store cleanliness throughout the day.
• Participate in safety initiatives and uphold labor laws and policies.
• Assist in shrink reduction goals and other duties as assigned.
