Job summary

Kohl’s is hiring for roles in customer service and sales support at our Mount Pleasant location. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and process payments.

You’ll ensure fast, courteous service while maintaining store standards and supporting inventory accuracy. Ideal candidates have excellent communication, multi-tasking ability, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards quickly and politely.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
