Job summary

Columbia Sportswear seeks a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding in-store experiences in our South Carolina locations. You will engage customers, recommend products, and support store operations on the sales floor and at the register.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 or less years of experience in a position or specialization.
• Skill operating Inventory and POS systems, and various other retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining product features, and assisting with selections.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; stock merchandise and manage inventory locations.
• Perform all cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, replenishing, and processing product flow.
