Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is looking for team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.

You will engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, handle purchases, and support merchandising and safety standards across shifts in a fast-paced, off-price retail environment. Responsibilities include accurate transactions, assisting customers, and contributing to loss prevention and store integrity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to labor laws and store policies
• Support merchandising standards and recovery of the store throughout the day
