Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash accurately per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Provides feedback and adheres to labor policies.
