Carter's is looking for a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You will greet customers, assist with baby essentials, and guide them through promotions and rewards while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel projects as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program, including credit details.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
