You’ll help customers across channels, complete POS transactions, and participate in floor replenishment and promotions while maintaining a clean, safe store. This role offers scheduling flexibility and growth opportunities within Carter’s brands.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively while balancing many customers in a busy retail setting.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses through good service.
