Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January) to deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure smooth checkout experiences. The role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and a positive store environment.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old, flexible to work day/evening/weekends, and comfortable with technology. Training will be provided and prior store or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing help and handling multiple customers efficiently.

• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock and customer feedback to management promptly.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Additional responsibilities determined by the Store Manager.
