Job summary

Bealls Florida, part of Bealls Inc., is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate to contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position involves assisting with merchandising, cashier duties, and guest engagement across Bealls stores.

Seasonal associates are employed on an at-will basis with typical six-month duration, may include overtime, and are not eligible for Bealls benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Work both independently and with a team to accomplish tasks
• Helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Utilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems
• Ability to work varying hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service
• Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs
• Accurately handle register operations and transactions
• Receive, unload, and process merchandise from truck
• Execute store merchandising direction and standards and manage product flow
• Perform general maintenance to maintain cleanliness standards
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures
• Engage in teamwork to achieve goals
