Responsibilities

• Assists customers: seek out customers and make their experience great from the sales floor to the register.
• Adjusts to customer flow: move to provide assistance to customers or coworkers.
• Maintains product presentation: adjust display of the latest fashion and merchandise trends after customers view products.
• Replenish and restock the store: ensure styles and sizes are available when merchandise runs low.
• Participates in a learning environment: absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
