Job summary

You will greet customers, operate the register, handle payments, bag merchandise, and support inventory, training new hires, and daily service processes such as balancing the register. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Retail experience is not required for this role; all training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate cash register, scan items, and bag merchandise.
• Execute POS and customer service standards accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support inventory accuracy.
• Assist training of new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes like register balancing and replenishment.
• Support overall store operations and safety policies.
