Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail or related experience.
• Good communication and math skills for discounts and POS.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards including cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide product information and assist customers to close sales.
• Assist with cashier duties and follow cashier protocol when required.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on display.
• Identify and resolve store issues with management.
• Share product knowledge and brand information with customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures and report infractions.
• Support special projects as assigned by management.
