JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to help customers and manage merchandise from the sales floor to the register. This seasonal hire has a defined employment period and days are set by the store as peak season ends.

You'll adapt to customer flow, restock items, and keep displays fresh while learning through training materials and peer guidance. Benefits and discounts are available to eligible associates during the season.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers: seek out customers and make their experience great from the sales floor to the register.
• Adjusts to customer flow: provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
• Maintains product presentation: adjust displays to show latest fashion and merchandise trends.
• Replenish and restock the store: ensure styles and sizes are available as stock runs low.
• Participates in a learning environment: absorb new information from peers or training materials.
