Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to a wide range of processes and procedures.
• Engaging customer service skills supported by active listening and communication.
• Basic math skills and reading/writing abilities.
• Proficiency with handheld or desktop computer, POS equipment, and phones.
• Team-first attitude; willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in sales, cashier, merchandising and receiving tasks.
• Support store operations and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Guide customers to products, complete checkout transactions, and maintain pricing/signage accuracy.
