Job summary

Skims is seeking Seasonal Team Members for NorthPark Center to deliver an elevated store experience during the peak season. You will welcome customers, learn product stories, and support a fast-paced environment while maintaining a premium brand feel.

Applicants must be 18+ with retail or service background, able to work weekends and 3 closing shifts, and comply with blackout and availability periods through January 2027.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
A passion for helping others and enjoys being part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with warmth and authenticity while delivering personalized experiences.
Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support customers and build trust.
Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated selling behaviors in a fast-paced, high-traffic store.
Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized to support a seamless customer experience.
Support POS and MPOS transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Be flexible and adapt to different store zones as needed, embracing coaching and change.
