Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member in Augusta, GA to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across multiple store areas.

This seasonal/temporary role may lead to opportunities for regular part-time or full-time positions as available. Ability to work a flexible schedule and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and participate in team lifts up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supports store operations across the sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving areas to deliver a customer-focused shopping experience.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties and ensures transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Processes freight, stocks, replenishes merchandise, and maintains organized merchandising areas.
• Assists with maintaining store cleanliness, housekeeping, and adherence to company standards.
• Contributes to inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
