The North Face in Wisconsin is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join a fast-paced retail team. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and deliver best-in-class service to create memorable shopping experiences.

During peak season you’ll support sales, visual merchandising, and store operations while building relationships with customers and teammates. This role offers a part-time schedule with potential for transition to regular employment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
