Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain product features, and guide them through promotions and the loyalty program.

The role supports omnichannel shopping and POS transactions in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales at the point of sale/register.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize loss.
