Job summary

The North Face in Bloomington is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver personalized customer engagement, drive sales, and share brand knowledge during peak season. You will support in-store presentation, product replenishment, and cashier duties while maintaining a welcoming, customer-centric environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to learn about product lines and brand values.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
